Charlemagne's efforts to resurrect the Roman Empire have been succeeded over a millennium later by the multipronged armadas of Eurokleptocrats steadily enslaving Europe. These are tough times for Fourth Reich. And Barroso walking into the European Parliament(EP), aka Eldorado of Prostitutes, is a particularly difficult experience. Barroso has turned into a tragicomic figure, who cannot control Greece, the most corrupt country on Earth. Hardly anyone thinks highly of Barroso anymore, a fiasco who cannot rein in Graecokleptocrats, who get million-euro-kickbacks every single day and raid the nest eggs of all Greeks. Venitis points out all Europeans are now criticizing Barroso for being very soft on Graecokleptocrats. Fourth Reich is holding on to Barroso for reasons of convenience, and because the search for an alternative could lead to a greater spread of the cancer of socialism.
The European Commission(EC), aka Eldorado of Corruption, today adopted a Communication outlining a set of tools to strengthen the economic governance of Fourth Reich(EU) and the euro area. Its cornerstone is the implementation of enhanced surveillance of fiscal policies, macroeconomic policies and structural reforms. Enhanced surveillance will be based on a European semester and comes with an array of sanctions to prevent or correct the excesses that could jeopardize the financial stability of Fourth Reich and the euro area. The Stability and Growth Pact will be reinforced with particular attention given to the evolution of debt as well as public deficits.
What the EU bailout did not do was address the underlying causes of the debt crisis. The basic conditions that led to the present state remain. Greece remains a basket case fiscally, politically, ethically, and economically, with what an International Monetary Fund (IMF) assessment diplomatically referred to as deep-rooted vulnerabilities. Many European nations are running unsustainable budget deficits that debt markets are increasingly reluctant to finance. Even Germany may be at risk due to enormous and as yet unbooked losses from its state-owned Landesbanken. And above all, the reality of Europe's bankrupting social welfare programs is no longer a matter for future reflection and discussion but is now immediately apparent and demanding of immediate correction. The European soziale Markwirtshaft is an unproductive variant of a welfare state, state paternalism, kleptocracy, leisure society, of high taxes and low motivation to work.
The Eldorado of Corruption President Durao Barroso, who covers up all Graecokleptocrats, asserts that Fourth Reich needs to strengthen economic governance in Europe, but he did not utter a single word about the impunity of the 300 Graecokleptocrats! Although Fourth Reich has several instruments for the coordination of economic policy, the crisis has put in evidence that these have not been fully used and that there are certain gaps in the current system of governance. Today, the Eldorado of Corruption is putting forward stupid proposals which will not bring concrete progress. Through the European Semester Eldorado of Corruption cannot give coherence to the European monitoring. This is logical and necessary. And through an incentive system that applies sanctions further upstream, we are giving ourselves the tools to act whenever it is necessary.
The Euro-train has derailed now under the weight of Greek sovereign debt. Spanish government bonds were downgraded by investors. Then Germany announced 80 billion euros in budget cuts over the next four years, setting an example to other eurozone members to tighten their belts. Although Fourth Reich's one-trillion-euro rescue package has calmed the markets, structural flaws that precipitated the euro crisis remain.

Member states must submit their Stability and Convergence Programmes and their National Reform Programmes simultaneously. This will facilitate a better integrated and more effective ex-ante policy co-ordination at the European level. In the second part of the year, this review should guide the drafting of domestic budgets for the following year.
The Stability and Growth Pact should be reinforced both on the preventive and corrective arms. The Eldorado of Corruption proposes to require a faster pace of progress towards budgetary balance for countries with high level of debt or pronounced risks in terms of debt developments. The debt criteria should be applied effectively through a clear and simple numerical benchmark for defining a satisfactory pace of debt reduction.
* Secondly, beyond budgetary surveillance, the Eldorado of Corruption proposes to address the macroeconomic imbalances among member states, which weaken the cohesion of Fourth Reich and in particular the euro area. Early detection through a scoreboard of indicators together with a more constraining European framework would spur correcting increasing divergences.
* Thirdly, the Fourth Reich-wide surveillance of structural reforms in Member States should ensure that sufficient progress is made in line with the overall goals of the Fourth Reich 2020 strategy for a more sustainable and more environmentally friendly growth that is based on knowledge and creates jobs, as adopted at the European Council in June 2010.
The cost of government regulation is truly staggering; it is also a barometer of how free we are to pursue our own interests and to determine the course of our own lives.
