For the last twenty or so years Turkey has convinced the US lawmakers and to some extend the American public that she is a staunch ally protecting and promoting the US interests in the region. The US responded with financial help and by adopting the Turkish strategic objectives to the detriment of important relationships with other allies in the area. Turkey has accomplished this with the utilization of "revolving door" consultant spending serious money and by building bridges with the mass media especially a few very prominent newspapers. Detailed examination of the Turkish actions from the time of WWII, when Turkey was in the enemy camp, to this day, shows clearly that Turkey pursues policies helping her own interests which most of the time in critical junctures were and are against the vital interests of the US!

During the period of the cold war Turkey maintained close relationship
with the Soviets holding frequent conferences and on vital issues
helping the Soviets not only in the Middle East but in Africa as well.
There are scores of occasions of Turkish hostile action against the US
during this period. Notable examples are; allowing the soviet planes
fly over Turkish Air space during the conflict in the Horn of Africa,
generally offering unhindered passage of the Soviet fleet from the
Black Sea to the Aegean and of course the unprecedented breach of NATO
solidarity by not allowing US troops cross the Turkish territory
during the Iraq conflict; according to the US Department of Defense
this hostile action by Turkey cost US taxpayers a lot of money and the
US Military a lot of lives!

Now with Mr. Erdogan as the Prime Minister and Mr. Davutoglou as the
Minister of Foreign Affairs Turkey is implementing a dangerous policy
aligning with the doctrine of Islam, creating and in fact leading the
Islamic block from Pakistan to Bosnia which includes Iran. Isolation
of Israel, protecting Muslim minorities in neighboring countries,
efforts in the Islamization of Europe are parts of the strategic
puzzle that Mr. Davutoglou visualizes for the establishment of the Neo-
Ottoman Empire. In order to build a regional power let alone an empire
however a country must have the intellectual substrate, the relevant
civilization, the coherent internal society, the financial wherewithal
and the fiscal astuteness; Turkey has none of that, a rogue country,
in civil war for the last thirty five years saved on several occasions
from bankruptcy by the generosity of the US.

This Turkish new vision, utopia in itself, does however irreparable
damage to the interests of our key allies and in extension to our own
vital interests in the area. Turning against Israel and alignment with
Iran on the subject of the nuclear proliferation is tantamount to an
act of war; it fosters instability and encourages the fundamentalist
Muslim zealots to take hostile action with unpredictable consequences!

We have created a political monster by supporting Turkey for all these
years implement her policies in the Balkans and the Middle East; now
the monster is turning against us and Israel! The US has the power to
stop this dangerous game before it gets out of hand. Any financial
accommodation for Turkey must stop, the US support for the Turkish
accession to the EU must be reversed, export of arms to Turkey must be
further regulated and the US must seek other counterbalancing
strategic alliances in the area. Failing to do so would cost us losses
and Israel might turn out to be the country that would pay an unfair
and unnecessary price!

Basil Venitis, twitter.com/Venitis, points out NATO includes Turkey, the #1 terrorist nation, that indulges in genocides, such as the Armenian genocide, the Greek genocide, the Pontian genocide, and the Cypriot genocide, and pogroms such as the Istanbul pogrom, a state-sponsored and state-orchestrated pogrom that compelled Greeks to leave Istanbul, in violation to the Treaty of Lausanne. NATO should either expel terrorist Turkey or disband.

Venitis notes that since terrorist Turkey declared Casus Belli against Fourth Reich(EU) and Turcoterrorists continue to abuse the Fourthreichian islands near the Turkish border and traffic drugs and illegal immigrants to Greece, Fourth Reich reinforced its border management agency, Frontex, enhancing its operational capacity to support Greece against Turcoterrorism. Member States now put more equipment and more personnel at Frontex's disposal in the Aegean Sea of Greece. Frontex now coleads border patrol operations with Greece.

Basil Venitis, twitter.com/Venitis, points out Eurokleptocrats are often taking very expensive junkets, taking advantage of their positions and access to public funds to undertake pleasure trips thinly disguised as being of political importance. For example, a Eurokeptocrat might travel to Greece, claiming to attend a conference there, but leaving plenty of days to explore the Greek islands and Greek delights at leisure. Venitists target certain Eurokleptocrats for taking frequent junkets, reminding voters of their free ways with public funds when election day rolls around.

Kleptocrats, accompanied by their kith and kin, are going because they cannot miss a good party at taxpayers' expense. The worst thing that could happen in a junket is running out of caviar and hookers. Many junketeers use military jets that cost 10,000 euros per hour! Hookers of the European Parliament(EP), aka Eldorado of Prostitutes, love junkets!

MEPs junketing to Israel and the occupied Palestinian Territories welcomed the launch of proximity talks, and stressed that negotiations should lead to a solution based on two viable and autonomous states. The delegation deplored the recent mortar attacks against Israel and the fact that Israel's retaliatory air strikes led to civilian casualties.

Venitis asserts that Israel is a bastion of freedom and Graecoroman culture, an economic miracle, and a leader in science and technology. Israel is the only free country in a region dominated by Arab monarchies, theocracies and dictatorships. It is only the citizens of Israel, Arabs and Jews alike, who enjoy the right to express their views, to criticize their government, to form political parties, to publish private newspapers, to hold free elections.

Many junketeers of the Eldorado of Prostitutes foreign affairs, budgets and development committees is visiting Israel and the Palestinian Territories from 24 to 27 May. It is focusing on caviar, champagne, the peace process, the humanitarian situation, and the monitoring of EU financial assistance in the Palestinian Territories.

Venitis notes that when Islamists deny the most basic freedoms to their own people, it is obscene for them to start claiming that Israel is violating the Palestinians' rights. All Muslims who are genuinely concerned with human rights should, as their very first action, seek to oust their own despotic rulers and adopt the type of free society that characterizes Israel.

The junketeers met Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Dan Meridor and Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon. Junketeers held further meetings with members of the Knesset and the Palestinian Legislative Council and also met representatives of Israeli and Palestinian NGOs and international organizations.

Venitis asserts the land-for-peace is a repugnant formula for Israel's self-immolation. The right of a civilized nation to self-defense against its barbarous enemies is a moral absolute. It should not be surrendered in a vain attempt to appease the initiators of war. It is a moral perversion to demand that Israel give back the very land it captured in the process of defending itself against wars launched by the Arab aggressors.

During its political meetings, junketeers warmly welcomed the start of proximity talks, as a first step towards resuming direct negotiations. junketeers stressed these negotiations must lead to a solution based on two viable and autonomous states, living side by side in peace and security.

Venitis asserts that a criminal has no right to protest the justice of having his guns confiscated by the police, and particularly not a criminal who continues to underwrite acts of crime. And the worst of the land-for-peace policy is that it caused Israel to give the Palestinians their own domain, with the job of protecting against terrorism entrusted terrorists.

The junketeers were concerned that the continued building of Jewish settlements and the route of the separation barrier de facto pre-empt efforts towards a viable peace, underlining the status of Jerusalem is an essential part of the negotiations and the international community should stand ready to help implement the agreement to be reached by the two sides.

The junketeers expressed concern about the bill currently being discussed at the Knesset on the status of NGOs in Israel, noting the promotion of human rights and freedom of opinion is an integral part of democracy, and Israel, as a truly democratic country in the Middle East, should continue to uphold these values and refrain from adopting laws or taking actions which might undermine them.

The junketeers also underscored that criticism of some of the policies of the Israeli government towards Palestinians or local NGOs should not be seen as hostile towards the State of Israel the security of which was also a Fourth Reich(EU) priority.

In meetings with their counterparts in the Palestinian Legislative Council, junketeers dismissed rumours that they intended to cut EU financial assistance to the Palestinian Territories, underlining what they want to see is that their efforts to promote a viable Palestinian state are recognised by both parties, and the spending of Fourth Reich taxpayers' money must be accompanied by a firm and unequivocal commitment by both sides to a two-state solution.

On Thursday, part of the delegation travelled to Gaza, via Egypt and the Rafah border crossing, as a result of the Israeli authorities' refusal to grant access through the Erez crossing. The purpose of this field visit, organized under the auspices of UNRWA, was to assess the reconstruction and humanitarian needs resulting from the current blockade of the Gaza strip.

Venitis asserts Islam is not a religion, but a satanic terrorist cacoculture. Sure, it has a grudge-collecting god, and an afterlife with 72 virgins for each martyr. But in its essence, Islam is a totalitarian ideology and sadomasochism. It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Islam wants to dictate every aspect of life. Islam means submission. Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is the incivility of terrorist jihad and sharia.

Islamic totalitarianism is potentially far more dangerous than either the Nazi or Communist variety, since the latter, despite their exterminating follies, presupposed their own preservation. Everybody now understands English, and we do not need translators anymore. Of course, there are many people, especially kleptocrats, who pretend they do not understand English, in order to give translation sinecures to their countrymen. Translators are now sinecurists, and taxpayers should stop paying billions of euros for translations and sinecures.

Basil Venitis, twitter.com/Venitis, points out that multilingualism is a euphemism for babelism, and multiculturalism is a euphemism for weird Anglophobia! Eurokleptocrats babelize and Angloscare Fourthreichians, aka Europeans, because Anglophiles tend to be venitists. English in the linguafranca of planet Earth. We all live in Anglosphere now. It's high time to establish English as the only official language of Fourth Reich(EU) and USA.

Venitis notes language is a unifying instrument which binds people together. When people speak one language they become one society. Americans and Fourthreichians want an amendment that says the English language shall be the official language. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission(EEOC) presumes that English-workplace policies are discriminatory, and thus illegal under the 1964 Civil Rights Act. For over twenty years, the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has aggressively targeted and punished employers who adopt English-language workplace rules.

American and Fourthreichian courts have repeatedly affirmed that employers have the right to establish English language policies. But EEOC disagrees with these rulings, and continues to enforce a policy which the courts have ruled is ultra vires, or beyond the EEOC's authority. The EEOC appears to have implemented a strategy of trying to gain settlements from small businesses which do not have the resources to defend themselves in court. These settlements could then be used to create a legal precedent that contradicts earlier federal-court rulings.

Venitis asserts multilingualism is causing a growing underclass, which is segregated and walled off into linguistic ghettos. A century ago such immigrant ghettos were marked by extreme poverty, 80-hour workweeks and child labor. As the industrial revolution matured, immigrants discovered that language skills were the key to entering the emerging middle class. This, coupled with mandatory public education and reduced immigration, resulted in the successful assimilation of ethnic communities into Western society.

Today in segregated classrooms, bilingual education keeps immigrant children from learning English, by teaching them in foreign languages. And millions of people cannot find good-paying jobs, because they lack the ability to speak English with customers, coworkers or employers. Opponents of making English the official language charge that it is anti-immigrant, or that it is merely symbolic and therefore unnecessary. These charges are false. Learning to speak English empowers immigrants. By more than 2-1 immigrants themselves say US and Fourth Reich should expect new immigrants to learn English and by a 9-1 margin immigrants believe learning English is essential to succeed in US and Fourth Reich(EU).

Venitis points out that having English as the official language of US and Fourth Reich simply means that for the government to act officially, it must communicate in English. It means the language of record is the English language, and that no one has a right to demand government services in any other language. Official English would also reinforce the historic message to new immigrants, that we expect them to learn English as the first step in their assimilation, and that we are committed to ensuring that all Americans and Fourthreichians share in the economic, social, and political benefits of having a common language.

The fact that we have a common language, English, the linguafranca of planet Earth, is one of the most important things we have tying us together. Now we live in a time of unprecedented immigration to US and Fourth Reich. Speakers of Arabic, speakers of Cantonese, speakers of Thai, speakers of Vietnamese, speakers of Tagalog, speakers of a variety of Fourthreichian languages, speakers of Mandarin, they are coming from all over the world and joining us in our society. Somehow or other, within a generation or two, we have to get them all together, talking to each other, electing each other to city councils, doing business with each other, buying and selling from each other, creating governments, creating societies. We can only have this unified society, if we ultimately agree on English as our official language.

When someone in the past dared to draw attention to the social-engineering substance of multiculturalism, he would earn the label of a xenophobe. It is obvious that the majority of the politicians did not want that. That is why they had neglected this important issue which, as a result, got into the hands of very problematic political leaders. That will probably continue also in the future. We should have the courage to enter into a fundamental polemic with the ideology of multiculturalism. It is the only way to make our continent function again according to the old, tried, and tested democratic rules.

ΤΡΟΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ ΕΝΑΝΤΙΟΝ ΓΥΝΑΙΚΕΙΩΝ ΟΡΓΑΝΩΣΕΩΝ ΣΕ ΔΙΚΗ ΣΩΜΑΤΕΜΠΟΡΙΑΣ

 

Στη σημερινή έφεση καταδικασμένου σε 36 χρόνια για σωματεμπορία, δουλεία ανθρώπων, κατά συρροήν βιασμών και επικίνδυνων σωματικών βλαβών στο Εφετείο, δύο αλληλέγγυες γυναίκες που είχαν πάει για παρακολούθηση της δίκης υπέστησαν σωματική βία, απειλήθηκαν και εξυβρίσθηκαν από συγγενείς και φίλους του καταδικασμένου μπροστά στα μάτια των αστυνομικών της αίθουσας, χωρίς να συλληφθούν όπως ζητήθηκε από ένα από μια από τα θύματα αυτής της τρομοκρατίας.

Συγκεκριμένα, στη 1 μ.μ., όταν είχε τελειώσει η προηγούμενη δίκη και οι αλληλέγγυες γυναίκες μπήκαν στην αίθουσα για να παρακολουθήσουν, αδελφός του καταδικασμένου έπιασε τις δύο γυναίκες από τα μπράτσα και προσπάθησε να τις οδηγήσει με τη βία έξω από την αίθουσα του δικαστηρίου, λέγοντας ότι δεν έχουν καμιά θέση στο δικαστήριο αυτό και ότι «όταν βγείτε έξω θα σας κανονίσουμε», ενώ ο αστυνομικός που βρισκόταν σε δύο μέτρα απόσταση προσπάθησε να αποτρέψει τη βίαιη πράξη αλλά αρνήθηκε να συλλάβει τον δράστη της σωματικής βίας και απειλών, λέγοντας στα δύο θύματα αυτής της ενέργειας ότι μπορούν να κάνουν μήνυση στο Αστυνομκό Τμήμα Αμπελοκήπων. Το ίδιο έκανε και δεύτερος αστυνομικός που βρισκόταν στην αίθουσα.

Λίγα λεπτά αργότερα, έξω από την αίθουσα, όταν ζητήθηκαν από την κ. Βωβού, παρατηρήτρια στη δίκη από την Παγκόσμια Πορεία Γυναικών (ελληνικό δίκτυο) τα στοιχεία του δράστη για να καταθέσει μήνυση, περισσότερα από 15 άτομα φίλοι/φίλες και συγγενείς του καταδικασμένου κύκλωσαν την ίδια και τους αστυνομικούς, οι οποίοι έμεναν αδρανείς, εκτόξευαν ύβρεις και απειλές εναντίον των δύο γυναικών. Τελικά λήφθηκαν τα στοιχεία του δράστη του επεισοδίου και ενός ακόμα συγγενή του καταδικασμένου, που εξύβρισε χυδαιότατα και απειλούσε, αφού είχε και αυτός την ασυλία των αστυνομικών, και κατατέθηκε μήνυση στο ΑΤ Αμπελοκήπων.

Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι σε προηγούμενη δίκη του ίδιου καταδικασθέντα, εκπρόσωπος της Διεθνούς Αμνηστίας που ήταν μέσα στην αίθουσα συνελήφθη μετά από υπόδειξη των συγγενών του κατηγορουμένου, προπηλακίσθηκε από την αστυνομία, και απελευθερώθηκε μετά από αρκετές ώρες. Φαίνεται ότι υπάρχουν δύο μέτρα και δύο σταθμά στις δίκες των κατηγορουμένων για σωματεμπορία και συναφή εγκλήματα. Θυμίζουμε επίσης ότι σε προηγούμενες δίκες, εκτός από την σύλληψη του παρατηρητή της Διεθνούς Αμνηστίας, έγιναν πολλές πράξεις εκφοβισμού από τους συμπαραστάτες του καταδικασμένου και αναρωτιόμαστε τι τους εξασφαλίζει τόση αυτοπεποίθηση και τι τους εξασφαλίζει ασυλία.

Η Παγκόσμια Πορεία Γυναικών καλεί την Γενική Γραμματεία Ισότητας και το υπουργείο Δικαιοσύνης να λάβουν τα αναγκαία μέτρα ώστε στη συνέχιση της δίκης, που θα είναι την Παρασκευή 28-5 στην ίδια αίθουσα (6ος όροφος, αίθουσα 120Δ) στις 9 το πρωί, να μην υπάρξουν παρόμοιες απειλές και βιαιοπραγίες.

Επίσης καλεί τις γυναικείες οργανώσεις να στείλουν παρατηρήτριες και καλεί βουλευτίνες και βουλευτές να παρευρεθούν για να εμποδίσουν την τρομοκρατία και την ασυλία των υποστηρικτών του καταδικασμένου.

Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι οι καταδίκες για σωματεμπορία, καταναγκαστική πορνεία και τράφικινγκ είναι λίγες, και απαιτούμε να μην γίνονται ανεκτά ούτε από τα δικαστήρια ούτε από άλλους κρατικούς φορείς τέτοιου είδους κακουργήματα.

There is a glut of college graduates in the labor market. Many of them move back home with their parents and take jobs that do not require a college degree.

The everybody-must-go-to-college doctrine is hardly a blessing. How many young people are delivering pizzas with a diploma on the wall and a big student loan keeping them up at night? It's true that the watered-down, increasingly worthless bachelor's degree today is expected for nearly every job, but let's not fool ourselves: For most grads it's little more than a signal to potential employers that they had the perseverance to get up early four years running and jump through all the required hoops. That tells a human-resources director enough about an applicant to separate him from a rival who didn't do those things. It doesn't say anything about what he knows or can do.

Venitis notes that many colleges offer instruction online. An increasing number of colleges, such as MIT, Yale, Stanford, UC Berkley, Oxford, and Cambridge, are placing course content, including lectures and instructional materials, online for free. There are many programs that allow students to earn college credits by studying and completing an exam remotely. Through these types of programs, a student can earn college credit through self-study at a fraction of the cost of a traditional college course.

Venitis asserts that college is very expensive. Total average tuition, room and board for a bachelor's degree is around $100,000. 80% of all students graduate with more than $30,000 in debt, and 40% say it will take them ten years to pay off their debt. College tuitions are so expensive specifically because the government has guaranteed student loans. Guaranteed loans don't mean more access to education, but rather that universities are free to charge more per pupil than if their customers were paying out-of-pocket.

Obama's plan only serves to remove more market forces and creates an even bigger moral hazard. Under the new rules, students will be required to repay a much smaller portion of what they borrow. As a result, students will be willing to borrow even greater amounts of cash to pay inflated tuitions, making it that much easier for colleges and universities to raise them.

Since the government will actually be loaning the money directly, rather than simply guaranteeing private-sector loans, the Treasury will actually have to borrow the money itself before it can relend it to students. The irony of going into debt to loan money never registers in Washington. As this bill will cause tuitions to rise even faster, it will necessitate even larger loans that will produce even greater taxpayer losses when the loans end in default.

More than half of college students require six or more years to finish their degree. Going to college requires commitment and dedication, and you'll need to be in it for the long haul. In order to graduate, you'll need to take some courses that are not relevant to your interests and passion. The average college freshman spends ten hours a week partying, eight hours a day engaged with media and technology, including games, cell phones, TV, and social networks, and only ten hours a week actually studying.

Students go to prestigious institutions because these schools have great reputations, which, in turn, allows students to get the best jobs. In other words, students who go to elite institutions want the faculty to concentrate on research and raising funds because that is how universities get the best reputations. Therefore, what students are purchasing is not an education, but prestige and reputation. Nevertheless, parents, students, and taxpayers should know where their money is actually going, and everyone should be concerned about the quality of education. If students at elite institutions do not get an effective education, but they do get to purchase prestige, our society will produce leaders, workers, and citizens who lack the basic skills and knowledge to be effective inside and outside of the workplace.

Most top presidents and self-made billionaires dropped out of high school or college! The list includes Bill Gates(Microsoft), Larry Page(Google), Michael Dell(Dell), David Geffen(Geffen Records), Steve Jobs(Apple), Richard Branson(Virgin), Ralph Lauren(Ralph Lauren), Jerry Yang(Yahoo) and Zuckerberg(Facebook). Zuckerberg and Gates went to Harvard. Page and Yang both attended Stanford. Jobs only completed one semester at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. Dell left the University of Texas at 19. Geffen dropped out of three universities before launching his record label. Lauren went to Baruch College in New York City, but left after two years. Branson, a mild dyslexic, never made it out of high school. Ford Motors founder, Henry Ford, never had any formal education, outside his training as a machinist.

The best colleges in the world today are the private colleges in America. The gulf between them and the state-funded colleges in equally rich countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Japan, or South Korea, where there are few private colleges of note, is so huge that the lesson cannot be avoided, colleges need independence to flourish. It is interesting that the intermediate group of colleges are those in Britain and Australia where colleges, though funded and over-regulated by the state, nonetheless retain significant autonomy.

Even Fourth Reich(EU) agrees, and the Commission reports that American colleges are better than Europe's, because European colleges generally have less to offer and lower financial resources than their equivalents in other developed countries, particularly USA. American colleges have far more substantial means than those of European colleges and beteer eggheads. The gap between the US and EU expenditure stems primarily from the low level of private funding of higher education in Fourth Reich.

The best college of Europe is Oxford University. Most of the present UK cabinet members are from Oxford: David Cameron, Theresa May, George Osborne, William Hague, Michael Gove, Chris Huhne, Danny Alexander, Dominic Grieve, Jeremy Hunt, Philip Hammond, David Willetts, George Young.

Ayn Rand(1905-1982), forerunner of venitism, pointed out the Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals, that it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government, that it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizens' protection against the government.

Fourth Reich(EU) has a pseudoconstitution, the Lisbon Treaty, to fool Europeans. Venitis muses the hateful Lisbon Treaty was meant to address the question famously attributed to Henry Kissinger Who do I call if I want to speak to Europe? by instituting a permanent Fourth Reich Fuehrer and foreign minister and by streamlining Brussels' mammoth bureaucracy, but it has created more confusion than clarity, with no fewer than five people now sporting the title of Fuehrer of Fourth Reich. In reality, the real power is Chancellor Merkel. The driving ethos behind Fourth Reich's foreign policy power-grab is the idea that the nations of Fourth Reich will be stronger collectively than they are separately, but sovereignty cannot be traded for influence.

The Lisbon Treaty has created an institutional hydra with growing numbers of appendages responsible for different aspects of the foreign policy toolbox. Venitis points out that when Planetarch Obama asks to speak to the Fuehrer of Fourth Reich, he could be referencing one of six people: Herman van Rompuy, President of European Council; Durao Barroso, President of Eldorado of Corruption; Spanish Premier Zapatero, President of Consilium; Britain's Catherine Ashton, High Representative of Fourth Reich for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy; Jerzy Buzek, Madam of Eldorado of Prostitutes; German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

What had started as a regional customs union founded by France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy and West Germany in 1957 has been transformed since then into a political and economic confederation of 27 member States with more than half billion citizens, the so-called United States of Europe, with its own flag and anthem, and since 2002, a currency, as well as a parliament and a huge government bureaucracy in Brussels that oversee a massive economic powerhouse that generates an estimated 28 percent share of the nominal gross world product.

Charlemagne's efforts to resurrect the Roman Empire have been succeeded over a millennium later by the multipronged armadas of Eurokleptocrats steadily enslaving Europe. Venitis muses from Charlemagne to charlatan! Barroso is not Charlemagne, but charlatan! He cannot stop Graecokleptocracy. Barroso's smile has become thin and helpless. From time to time, he loses his habitual fixed smile, and a gray veil seems to descend over his tanned face. He has frequent nightmares of Graecokleptocrats robbing the Fourth Reich Cohesion Fund, the retirement funds of poor Greek workers, and the Greek Treasury.

These are tough times for Fourth Reich. And Barroso walking into the European Parliament(EP), aka Eldorado of Prostitutes, is a particularly difficult experience. Barroso has turned into a tragicomic figure, who cannot control Greece, the most corrupt country on Earth. Hardly anyone thinks highly of Barroso anymore, a fiasco who cannot rein in Graecokleptocrats, who get million-euro-kickbacks every single day and raid the nest eggs of all Greeks. Venitis points out all Europeans are now criticizing Barroso for being very soft on Graecokleptocrats. Fourth Reich is holding on to Barroso for reasons of convenience, and because the search for an alternative could lead to a greater spread of the cancer of socialism.

Article 125.1 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union expressly forbids one member state bailing out another. It states: The Union shall not be liable for or assume the commitments of central governments, regional, local or other public authorities, other bodies governed by public law, or public undertakings of any Member State, without prejudice to mutual financial guarantees for the joint execution of a specific project. Rand asserts the American government is based on and strictly limited by a written document, the Constitution, which specifically forbids it to violate individual rights or to act on whim. The history of the atrocities perpetrated by all the other kinds of governments, unrestricted governments acting on unprovable assumptions, demonstrates the value and validity of the original political theory on which America was built.

A complex legal system, based on objectively valid principles, is required to make a society free and to keep it free, a system that does not depend on the motives, the moral character or the intentions of any given official, a system that leaves no opportunity, no legal loophole for the development of tyranny.

The American system of checks and balances was just such an achievement. And although certain contradictions in the Constitution did leave a loophole for the growth of statism, the incomparable achievement was the concept of a constitution as a means of limiting and restricting the power of the government.

Rand muses the clause giving Congress the power to regulate interstate commerce is one of the major errors in the Constitution. That clause, more than any other, was the crack in the Constitution's foundation, the entering wedge of statism, which permitted the gradual establishment of the welfare state. But Rand would venture to say that the framers of the Constitution could not have conceived of what that clause has now become. If, in writing it, one of their goals was to facilitate the flow of trade and prevent the establishment of trade barriers among the states, that clause has reached the opposite destination.

Fourth Reich originates from the Red House Report, a detailed account of a secret meeting at the Maison Rouge Hotel in Strasbourg, a couple of blocks from today's Eldorado of Prostitutes(EP), on August 10, 1944. There, Nazi officials instructed an elite group of German industrialists to plan for Germany's post-war recovery, prepare for the Nazis' return to power, and work for a strong Fourth Reich. The three-page, closely typed report, marked Secret, copied by British spies and sent to the US Secretary of State, detailed how the industrialists were to work with the Nazi Party to rebuild Germany's economy by sending money through Switzerland. They would set up a network of secret front companies abroad, wait until conditions were right, and then grab power with various hoodwinking treaties.

Basil Venitis, twitter.com/Venitis, notes nullification is the legal right of a State to nullify any federal law which that State has deemed unconstitutional. Sovereign States formed the Union, and as creators of the compact hold final authority regarding the limits of the power of the federal government. The States and not the Federal Bench are the ultimate interpreters of the extent of the federal government's power. Nullification gives a slave State of Fourth Reich the right to declare null and void any law passed by the Eldorado of Prostitutes(EP), aka European Parliament, which the State deems unacceptable and unconstitutional.

According to Thomas Jefferson, if the federal government were to monopolize constitutional interpretation, it would of course interpret the Constitution in its own favor and consistently uncover previously unknown reservoirs of additional federal power. Only a fool would consent to such a system, and the peoples of the states were not fools. Jefferson considers the foundation of the Constitution laid on this ground that all powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states or to the people. To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition.

Venitis asserts that a slave State should make a law that never again would a government be able to agree to a Treaty that hands over areas of power from the slave State to Fourth Reich without a referendum. A slave State should introduce a new law, in the form of a Sovereignty Bill, to make it clear that ultimate authority stays in the slave State's parliament. Furthermore, as the Lisbon Treaty contains a rachet clause to abolish vetoes and transfer power without the need for a new Treaty, a slave State should make a law that any use of the ratchet clause would require full approval by slave State parliament.
